Alyson has been working and creating in the food industry for over 35 years and is a dedicated advocate for sustainability, community-driven initiatives, and exceptional food service.

Samantha found Sunshine Community Compost through the Cross College Alliance Internship program offered to residents in the Manatee/Sarasota County. 

Tracie is a Manatee County native who lived 17 years in the San Francisco Bay area prior to launching Sunshine Community Compost (SCC) in 2017.

Christina's love of nature and concern about protecting our natural world led her to Sunshine Community Compost.

Sam is passionate about environmental media and communications, environmental justice, and greater representation in conservation and outdoor recreation.
